Telling the story

For world class architects.

EDI was an architecture firm with a long legacy. But in a world of shortened attention spans, they needed design that was modern and got to the point.

EDI, an architecture firm founded nearly 50 years ago, was struggling under the weight of dated branding. The firm kicked off the process of rebranding and then brought me in to help finish the job. This included working directly with the founders, architects, and the Marketing Team in order to standardize existing collateral into brand guidelines to implement across a variety of other collateral. Deliverables included social media posts, print materials, postcards, advertisements, and more. 

Most notably, the project included the creation of 300 one-page flyers with a highly consistent look that was flexible enough to accommodate wide ranges of content. To make this happen, I developed a template with a flexible grid system. Instructions outlining how to use the grid were provided alongside example templates and other guidelines. The resulting branding helped EDI jump into a modern era and show its commitment to innovation, new technology, and expertise in architecture.
